What you send us
When you use the deal form we collect what you enter: your name, email, phone number if you give one, and the details of your property and loan request. We also record the date and time, your IP address, and how you reached the site: the first page you visited, the site that referred you and any campaign tags in the link. That source information is kept in your browser for the current visit only (session storage) and is sent to us only if you submit the form.
How we use it
We use it to review your request, contact you about it and, if you want to go ahead, to find financing for it. If your request fits a lender we work with better than our own programs, we may share the details of your request with that lender so they can evaluate it. We do not sell your information.
Text messages
We text you only if you tick the consent box on the form and give a phone number. We keep a record of that consent: its wording, the time, your IP address and the page it was given on. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Consent is not a condition of any loan, and we do not share your phone number or consent with third parties for their marketing.
Where it is stored and who processes it
Form submissions are stored in our website database, which is hosted by GoDaddy, and emailed to our inbox through Brevo, our email delivery provider.
Cookies and analytics
Our host, GoDaddy, adds a script that measures site traffic and performance and sets cookies such as _tccl_visitor, _tccl_visit and _scc_session. We also use Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies (such as _ga) to count visits and see which pages lead to a submitted form. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.
The deal calculator
The calculator runs in your browser. The numbers you enter are not sent to us. If you use the share link, the numbers are stored in the link itself, so anyone you send it to can see them.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries as long as needed to handle your request and for our business records, and then delete them. You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent by writing to us through the form on this site.
Changes
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and the date above.
